On September 2, I had a tree strike my home and, fortunately, while the damage was not catastrophic, it still required expertise in repairing the roof, gutters, chimney cap, windows, and other areas affected. I called Dusty and he was there within 24 hours to survey the damage and determine what needed to be done. While the later bouts of bad weather hindered an ultra quick completion of repairs, within a week the window that had been damaged was replaced and the house was, for all purposes, buttoned up to the weather. All work was completed just last week and the results are outstanding. Dusty and the teams he led did an outstanding job. While I truly hope I do not ever need that type of restoration expertise again, I am confident that in the future, any work that i may need done to repair or improve my home will first be requested from Rooks Roofing. I spent 30 years as a project manager and I cannot say enough about Dusty's talents and excellent team leadership. Great a great experience all around.

Outstanding service and communication! I have storm damage to my roof and called Rooks Roofing to get an estimate, I left a message and they called me back in less than 10 minutes and were at my house reviewing my roof in less than 4 hours, amazing especially after the storm when everyone is very busy. Rodger arrived at my house explained the whole process and then spent an hour doing a detailed review of my roof inside and out. He was extremely professional, motivated, and you could easily tell he takes pride in what he does. Now we are just waiting on the adjuster to come look at my roof. Matt came out to give me an estimate for my roof leak and ended up repairing the problem on the spot. I appreciate his professionalism and work ethic. Did not try to upsale for things not needed and truly cared about my specific need. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!

Matt was awesome, came to my house in Rome, Ga. and walked my roof to find where the leak originated and came back down with several pictures of issues and fixed them on the spot, would highly recommend this company.
